leopard mothChers Amis,

OK, a raise of hands.  How many of you would go rushing out to the street in your blue fluffy bathrobe and PJs to see a moth?  Am I the only one with my hand in the air?  Yes, that was me, crouched by the side of our driveway with my camera hoping our neighbors didn’t drive past. (None did, whew!) Caddie and Pippin found this glory of black and white polka dots and INSISTED I come, with camera. As noted, it is a Giant Leopard Moth or
Hypercompe scribonia. Gorgeous!  Now, back to your regularly scheduled programming.  Have a great day!

OK, I just have to know what you have been using to post your pictures lately? Is it a photoshop type thing or something that wordpress offers? You’ve always had amazing photos, but I love the comments on them and all the other stuff you’ve been doing.

Hope all is well! God Bless!

Megan, I have been using two different programs, Picnik.com and Picassa. Both are FREE. Picassa is a free download by Google. I used it to make the collage for my post on redoing my entrance lights (this morning). Picnik is a wonderful website where you upload your pictures and can add borders, effects, text, etc. You can also make simple collages there as well. Once you have a picture you like, just download it to your computer or to Flicker, Picassa online or any number of other sites. You can even link to FB. I haven’t done that! Try it, you will love what you can do! You have such adorable pictures of C!!! Pippin still talks about her all the time. 🙂 We miss you guys and hope you are enjoying the cool.

Love the free part! Thanks so much for the info, and tell Pippin that Catherine and all the boys miss him too! And of course we miss everyone else as well.

As for the cool, we we’ve been having Hotlanta weather here, but today, finally it is back normal and we are planning on a grilled dinner to be served and eaten outside tonight!
